What if the show is cancelled?
Automatic full refund — ticket and fee — to the same payment method within 48 hours. You don't have to ask.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes, from the ticket itself — tap Transfer, enter their number, done. The old QR dies, the new one lives on their WhatsApp.
I didn't get my ticket.
Check WhatsApp and email first; then the PASS number on the ticker — a human answers till 1 am on show nights.
Organisers: when do I get paid?
Every Tuesday for the previous week's shows, or T+2 after the event for one-offs. The dashboard shows the exact settlement amount before it lands.
